Thank you for your purchase with Y Not? Candles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, please reach out to the team to assist you.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The product has to have been purcahsed within the last 15 days;
  • Has to be in it's original packaging;
  • Has not been used;
  • You have obtained a return authorization number (RAN)
EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items, with the exception of the following, are eligible for return except for:
  • Clearance Items
  • Final sale Items

To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), contact us with photo proof to prove that the item is not used.
